UPDATE 2 weeks ago I had a great experience so I’m not going to go back on that but I cannot hold back on my experience this evening..Me and my son went to grab some food. They let us know they were out of steak and chicken. We left and then decided to go back like 10 minutes later cause I wanted some Chipotle!! We got right in and I noticed there was chicken all of a sudden. The server, young lady was very polite. She did just fine, so thank you. She had my two bowls and tortilla for my son all lined up. Then this young lady with Locs came up and started to help with the line. Didn’t look like she was feeling been there but she had a tough day , she decides to just roll up the tortillas in foil and took it away?? What?? My server said that was part of my meal, she shrug her shoulders and kept moving to the next person… forreal okay.. so I knew that it would get fixed. I noticed that she was about to be done with my bowls and my son was like I guess they forgot all about my burrito, so I said hey my some burrito .. the girl with the locs stops making the man behind me bowl and grab a tortilla and said NOTHING! Then makes my son’s burrito aggressively. I swear it was juice and more food on the counter . The young lady left to get some more sour cream cause it was empty.. I appreciate her getting a fresh batch. Naw the young lady with the loc’s decided to use that old bottom sour cream the last scoop and some new.. again aggressively. Look you’ll already out of food you have to counter that by providing even better customer experience cause it’s an inconvenience to come out and there is either an outage or shortage. She rung me up .. I had to get out of there I was so upset and frustrated. Like come on. The store is falling apart.. these reviews are all speaking the truth. I am not pleased at all.. my money was wasted. I had shredded beef it was so salty I couldn’t finish it. Got home to my sons burrito and the foil didn’t even cover it all the way. Then he puts his burrito on a plate dang thing fell apart. Come on management .. YOU are responsible for the success of your store .. talk to your staff and motivate them. Half of them are kids.. guide and lead them and get your store back in order. Seriously. Listen to your customers please.
When I say I have been going to Chipotle since they opened faithfully .. but over the years Harker Heights location has not been the best service and experience as it used to be. But today, this young man I’ve never seen before .. ROD.. changed my mind completely! He kept the line moving like I have never seen before! Excellent service !! Read moreIf I could give this location a 0 I would! On Dec 19 I walked into the location not knowing how much of a bad day I was about to have! First they told me they were only accepting online orders due to the fact the system was having issues I thought ok fine I placed my order online I got extra veggies and extra chs and I wanted a side of sour cream and a side of the spicy red sauce! I’ve been eating chipotle forever and I always get sour cream and red sauce on my bowl and on the side I’ve never paid extra! So I tell the employee that I wanted it on the bowl as well she informs me that I would need to pay extra I told her I just paid 15$ online and there isn’t an option to pay for it online she then tells me it’s policy so I as if your system is down how would I pay for it? Lo and behold she goes to the register and rings me up I pay an extra 3$ and some change! Then I wait on my food as I wait I decide to email the management from the email on the business cards in front of register! So then I get my food something told me to check it and lo and behold I didn’t have extra veggies or the sauce I just paid extra for I take it back and the employee was rude and says what are u missing I told her! N they just put it on the side at that moment I emailed management again to update them! After leaving I returned home due to it taking so long I didn’t have Time to eat then cause I had a zoom meeting to attend! So an hour later after my meeting I commenced to eating my food when I hear a crunch accompanied by pain I immediately spit the food out and found out it was some type of hard black pieces of all through out my bowl and my molar had chipped due to impact!! I immediately rushed back to that location showing them they all looked dumbfounded and checked the bowl and I quote claimed that it was old overcooked chx! They gave me a refund but what about my tooth!! Management never followed up with me and corporate offered free guacamole like I would dare eat from there again!!! As far as I’m concerned they need to shut that location down! I’m going to post the pictures of before during after not only that but I do have video of the incident n ?? Read moreIf this service had a smell….ooooh this places staff would STINK! The attitudes on these people. They rushed me through the line so fast that they were practically toppling on each other to get my bowl completed. I know you want to get through the rush, but freaking smile at least! I’m a server and so I just like anyone else spending money here worked hard for mine, but especially by giving good service. I am taking my tips and spending them here which means I would like good service as well! I don’t have very high expectations, I understand bad days. Don’t take it out on me though. If you can’t smile and keep pace. Find somewhere else to work. Don’t get an attitude with me because YOU don’t want to be there! If I ask for extra chicken, smile and load me up. I’m paying for it! Don’t frown because you have to scoop a little more, trust me it won’t hurt you that much. My mom never complains, we had kiddos sleeping in the car so I went in first and then she went in. I didn’t say anything to her about the service beforehand because I wanted to get her authentic opinion. I didn’t even have to ask, she got in the car and said “they are so rude, I would rather take my chances ordering online and not getting the right portions, just so I don’t have to interact with them.” My elderly mom who is so very sweet and patient said that!
