Title : Appalling Customer Service Experience at Burlington—A Loyal Shopper Left Highly Disappointed!
As someone who has been a regular shopper at Burlington, I am compelled to express my extreme disappointment after a recent visit that has left me questioning my loyalty to this store.
My husband and I visited the store on 10-15-23, fully expecting the usual pleasant shopping experience. Unfortunately, what we encountered was far from the standard we have come to expect from Burlington.
The night crew, who are supposed to represent the face of customer service, displayed a shocking lack of professionalism. Not only did they ignore us upon entry, neglecting to offer the customary greeting, but they were also engrossed in personal conversations throughout our entire interaction.
As someone who shops here regularly, I anticipated a certain level of service, but the night crew's behavior was nothing short of disrespectful. We stood waiting patiently, feeling like an inconvenience rather than valued customers. The disregard for our time was exemplified when they prioritized ringing up a coworker who arrived after us, leaving us waiting for an exasperating fifteen minutes.
The final blow came when, after the excruciating wait, they failed to inquire about our rewards until we had to bring it up ourselves. For a loyal customer, it was disheartening to be treated with such indifference.
It pains me to say this, but I strongly advise my fellow regular shoppers to think twice before choosing Burlington for their next shopping venture. The night crew's lack of professionalism and customer care is not representative of the positive experiences I have had in the past. I sincerely hope that Burlington takes swift action to rectify this situation and restore the high standards of customer service that their loyal patrons have...

After buying nearly a $100 coat that lasted just over a month and boots that the color started coming off within 2 months. I called corporate to see what could be done about the issue and they told me without a receipt nothing could be done, so I found the reciept and they told me it is against their policy to take back clothes/coats that have been worn... Not sure who buys clothing/coats not to wear but unfortunately I will not be spending my money...

He proceeded to assure me that there were plenty in stock and even some new coats were delivered today.
