Panera Bread — Restaurant in Harlem Township

I had not been in Panera Bread for about 2 years for no specific reason I just don't live close to it anymore but a few of my friends want to meet up there for lunch I must say when I first got there I was irritated because I could not find a parking space and rolled around the parking lot for about 15 minutes before I decided to park in the targets lot so lunch time is a very crowded time there but after that everything went very smoothly of course by the time I walk from the Target parking lot over to Panera's parking lot as I was walking through the parking lot to get to the doors there were three or four vehicles that were coming out of their parking spaces so maybe if I had a set to the side and just waited a few minutes I probably wouldn't have had to walk so far anyways I got inside and because I'm gluten and dairy free I ordered the Mediterranean veggies without cheese on sprouted bread of course because I confused the cashier it took about 5 minutes to order here's the thing though by the time I made it to my seat with my pager and literally had just sat down my pager went off my order was already ready I couldn't believe how quick that was or else I wouldn't have walked all the way to my seat so for these reasons I gave them a 5 of course not grading them on their parking lot nor the cashiers mistakes because I did have her read off every ingredient they were going to put on my sandwich to ensure that I would not have any dairy...

Preordered & prepaid. Waited in the drive-through for 19 minutes behind the car in front of me. After 10 minutes of sitting there, they apparently asked the person in front of me to pay for their order. They tried paying with the phone and it didn’t work and it didn’t work and it didn’t work. Why are you waiting 10 minutes to collect money? Why didn’t you ask the person to pull out a line and give the other people in the ‘pick up’ line their food. Maybe have them drive around again or come in? Finally after 19 minutes of sitting in line, the guy pulled away - he didn’t have his food apparently he got a free drink because he never paid. My soup was lukewarm and my salad was warm - sitting in the same bag as the soup. 20 minute drive home had to microwave the soup.

Food: I got the autumn harvest soup and it was alright. Not as good as usual. No pumpkin seeds! Not sure about the salad - haven’t eaten yet. Pretty disappointing visit I have to say- especially for the amount of...

Honestly, the only Panera we will go to even if we are out and about and it’s not our closest location we still come home to this one! The staff is always super helpful and polite, the portions are perfect, the food is always delicious and in stock. And there is, I believe he is a manager, who is absolutely fantastic, and goes above, and beyond any time there is even a slight dissatisfaction. My husband and I have been in food management a really long time and it’s hard to come across employees like that let alone management. One time they were closed recently for a Store meeting and I had come up to the door to get my sip club drink before the end of my night. He open the door. Let us know he was close, but he would be more than happy to run in and grab my drink for me, another time they were out of brownies, and he happily went and made some for us. This is truly what going above and beyond looks like and it’s rare in food service anymore so kudos to the Panera management...
