The nail techs are good. I’ve been seeing Rosa consistently for over a year and have been a customer even longer. Today I was finally annoyed enough by Andy, the owner, to look for a new place, regardless of how much I love Rosa’s work. He double books and tries to squeeze in people before your appointment as if your time doesn’t matter. I came in today for my 12pm appointment only to find out there were two people in front of me (?!) and another girl waiting for her appointment at the same time with the same girl. It’s just disrespectful, especially to the loyal regulars. As much as I’d like to continue seeing Rosa, ethically I just can’t justify coming back...

After talking me into upgrading what I wanted to spend more money, I actually got less coverage of my nail. I asked about it during the process and he just looked at my nails and kept doing what he was doing. Also didn't use a cuticle pushing tool, didn't even touch my cuticles until after coloring, which is all backwards. And politics got involved which was kind of uncomfortable in a place that should be relaxing. With as many choices as we have, I will not return there. So many other...
