Target — Local services in Harlem Township

I don’t appreciate the fact the woman at the self checkout insinuated I was trying to steal dog food. I shop here 5/6 a month I was checking out with 2 fans a bag of dog food and some boxers I rang ALL OF MY ITEMS UP and as I’m going to pay the woman working at 3:30 on Thursday the 12th came up to me trying to get me to scan my dog food AGAIN before I check out. I tell her no and back out of the payment screen to show her I rang it up and she has nothing to say at all. They have monitors to be able to view what people are scanning for a reason. I don’t appreciate someone approaching me like I’m a thief it’s embarrassing. Do better and train your employees to check there resources before confronting any customer regardless of the situation. If you plan on using the drive-up option for this store, be warned. Twice in the past month, we have placed an order for one item we needed at this retailer, only for them to wait for over an hour and a half to cancel it. Then, because their online system stated that there were 2-5 of the items in stock, and they were necessities like dog food, I went in to see if I could find the items. Both times, they were right there on the shelf, with plenty in stock, but I couldn't take them up to guest services and walk out with a receipt because they already cancelled the order, so now I have to wait for 5 business days for the money to go back into our bank account, all while making the exact same purchase in store. Staff is always helpful, but sometimes slacking. I visit this Target 3 or more times a week, and catch workers on their phones on more than one occasion. The goods on the shelves are always stocked and organized unlike other competitive companies. Target is always clean inside the store, but the one trashcan in the front always seems to be overflowing with trash. More lanes should be open around noon when they are busier, at night it seems to be a good amount of lanes open. Sometimes there are no people at the dressing room station and electronic department, but once I push the button, someone shows up in 2 mins. Overall I love the atmosphere and...
