I started out working for Field as in intern in 2014. Even as an intern I was treated as one of the Team Members. After I finished my internship I knew that Field was always a place I wanted to work full time. Field is accommodating, welcoming, and all around a great place to work. Field's hours are appropriate and flexible. If I need to work from home/take a day off because my child is sick, it is allowed.
