I have been a customer with Aaron's for many years and overall I have been treated great until recently. I have run into a streak of personal bad luck which has also worked into my pocketbook. My house was broken into while I was with my mother who was diagnosed with small cell lung cancer stage 3. The person who stole everything from me is family. Drug addiction is a serious disease that can make people do things that they normally wouldn't dream of doing. I did everything I was supposed to do, I filed charges and pressed them to the max. When I finally broke down and told Blane at Aaron's about my situation he was horrible to me. He accused me of trying to get out of paying for the merchandise , when what I was asking for was an extension. After 5 minutes of being spoke to very disrespectful and him threatening to come get the tv I finally asked him how he was going to pick something up that had been stolen. I admit, I did call him a dumb ass at this point. I was very upset. Then he had the nerve to ask me if I had gone to college to learn how to talk like that. Like I said, I have been a very good customer with them for many years and overall have been treated well. But now, as long as Blane is employed there , I will take my business elsewhere. I was literally in tears. Thanks Blane, I hope you sleep well at night . You sir need to go to college and take a course in people skills. Read moreThey are only getting one star because I had to in order to review. They have the worst customer service I have ever delt with! They was renting a bed, couch, and washer and dryer. After having said furniture from some time I found bed bugs!!! I have never had them in my life! I contacted them the very next morning and told them I no longer wanted it and to have them come and pick it up. From there they said they would send someone out to "look" at it. I went right home and waited ALL DAY from someone to show up no one ever did!! They told me that when they showed up no one answered the door. I was home the while day and no one ever came out. It then took them over a month to come and get everything after me bugging them over and over again. It took me threatening to put it on the curb to get someone out here to get it after bothering me trying to get a payment for this month. Blaine and Tim where the ones who came out and got it. They then proceeded to tell me that if they found a single bug they wouldn't take the furniture back. I of course had cleaned everything so they did load it up. Read moreI purchased a refrigerator. I was lead to believe it was new in the show room but when they delivered it there was a huge dent in the side and I was told then that it was used. The ice maker didn't work and they acted like I was to blame. When in fact they crossed the lines during installation a month later and it still doesn't work.
