I was racially profiled or he did this simply because I’m a young woman.at the downtown Hartford location. I walked in to do a return/exchange. The manager accused me of wearing clothes and trying to return them. None of the clothes I was trying to exchange had been worn. He asked about a shirt I informed it I couldn’t fit it and was returning it. Upon me walking into the store I could hear them discussing how I have a bag and I could be trying to steal. He then threw half the clothes into the bag and threw at the counter stating “ have a good day bye” and walked away. Informed the other employee that I wasn’t leaving until he gave me the rest of my items and informed me of what was going on. He came back out a few minutes later saying they don’t do refunds or exchanges. He also said he wasn’t taking items that were final sale even though they were above the final sale price. The clothes I was trying to return I couldn’t even fit nor even able to try them on hence me returning them. I don’t believe anyone should go to a location and be treated...

I ran in here last minute. I needed to grab some things to go out if town with and as a gift. I did not have my car. If you are familiar with downtown there aren't really any options for retail shopping. So to be stuck downtown during the day without your car is a nightmare. You may as well go to CVS and hope the have some leggings or something like that. But I was looking for my husband not myself so that really wouldn't have worked either. I ran in found some really great deals. We got some sweat pants sweat shirts and even a few dress shirts. One sweater since than has shrunk all the others have been washed and dried no size or color change. Some sale items although not clearance are still not refundable or exchangeable, but most items if left with the tag on you can exchange or return as long as you have your receipts. This place saved me and I am waiting for a warmed day to walk over and see what...

Decent clothing for cheap....Not bad when you ain't got a lot of money to Spend.....Shop Smart and get alot for your Dollar.. But the only thing that I noticed that there clothing run smaller then actual size like if you wear 42 waist pants you got to get like 44 or even 46 it's weird but I noticed that and if you wear XL for shirt you got to get XXL or even XXXL but I don't think they have them sizes...I never really checked and besides that it's a good store...
