I switched to O'Reilly's a couple of years back when I could no longer get my OBD II codes scanned for my car at my old car place. The old place restarted doing the scans; but service is service, and loyalty is earned. I love this store; everyone is always helpful, and straightforward with their help! I brought back a battery one day, missing receipt. The manager went out of his way to find the record of this battery. I was prepared to buy a new one; but this one was still in warranty, and it was replaced without cost.
This is the kind of service and loyalty I expect from any auto parts store; and for as long as they and I am around, and they will give me my codes... I will be loyal to O' o' o' O Reilly...

They have a few employees that just can't, won't, or don't want to be friendly or do their job. Sometimes it seems that they almost prefer if you would just shop elsewhere. They have a tool rental program which is awesome except it is ran poorly. They are very inconsistent on the return policy it is all dependent on what employee you get or talk to. The manager interrupts her and said, it's not open too the public. My husband told the manager that his money will be spent somewhere else and we left the store. I'll tell anyone I know not too go there, because of the attitude of the manager! Because the next person that enters that store may not be as nice as we were and leave.
