First time I fixed my laptop at “Supreme Computer Solutions” in February 2015 and it was stable for 3.5 years. Recently while looking for scanner’s driver I installed “Driver Assist” program. The program generated controversial recommendations and started asking me for payments. I uninstalled it. After rebooting PC USB drivers stopped working. All 3 USB ports did not respond. Troubleshooter could not identify the problem. I tried uninstalling USB drivers and installed the latest files from ASUS and Intel. This did not help. In October I’ve got another issue: failure of Windows updates. It was too much for me and I brought laptop to “Supreme Computer Solutions” second time. Again, Ralf was on the top and fixed USB and Windows updates in one day. However, I noticed issues with computer display and microphone. Ralf managed to find some time even on Sunday and tried to fix this remotely. Unfortunately, it was impossible. The only reliable solution was reinstalling Windows. Ralf backed up all my files, reinstalled Windows, and then restored all original programs. He even created a shortcut to quickly reset my printer and scanner. I wish my plumber and auto mechanic had the same customer oriented attitude! I recommend “Supreme Computer Solutions” as the best place for computer related issues...
Read moreI have a Asus Rog g712lv and my warranty done last year everything was nice till couple days ago my screen turned black however laptop was working keyboard lights was on I tried to fix it by my self but I couldn't figure it out the problem, I called Supreme Computer Solutions and the guy on the phone told me that bring your laptop we can try to find a solution and I told him what if we cant? He said that everything is fixable, so I went there dropped of my laptop and somehow my wifi card was faulty and it was creating some problem on motherboard that's why laptop screen couldn't opening and fixed that and return the computer next day!

UPDATE It has been a few years since my last visit and I returned with a new problem. With a quick turn around speed and the best possible pricing, Raf was able to resolve my problem and not just replace the part. Raf literally saved me a few hundred dollars.
