We were out celebrating our 11th year anniversary and we have been here for at least couple of times a year.
We are here on the snowiest night after the snow squall and we asked to sit inside so we dont feel the draft of the wind. There were 2 large parties and an open table in the corner facing the window that we requested. The newer white guy says to us sorry you can only sit in the tables aligned to the door because that table is reserved for tomorrow morning's party.
WT...?! Its 8:30pm, we are paying active customers right in front of them-who spend $200 each time we're there and they have to set up for a party tomorrow morning? He kept explaining that any of these tables would have the same draft and temperature. After requesting that corner table a second time and being denied again-sorry it's not available, we left and ate the sushi place next door.
What good restaurants can we go to where people in the community treat us like people in our community. As I reflect on it I think about how we were always seated near the door. Could this be an act of racism? I'm Asian and my husband is Black. We are in a predominantly Italian neighborhood in a diverse county.
I absolutely love(d) this place for its variety of food but now I am really going to rethink this one.
The Spanish guy that was always there and the white girl were always accommodating to us and very welcoming. Whoever this guy is has not skills in customer service and wouldn't want to feel like I must sit somewhere just to freeze more.
I'll pass because of this guy. Very poor mannered and cant even handle new customers.

Out of all the restaurants I scoped, this location has one of the best deals if you want to get a jump start on dinner.
Show up between 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM on Tuesdays through Thursdays and you can order a full three course meal from the “Early Evening Dining” menu for $22.95 per customer.
In addition, you get toasted bread with olive oil before the appetizer and coffee or tea with your last course.
As a bonus, you can bring your own bottle of wine at no extra charge.
Everything was fit for a king! The appetizers were like cocktail hour at a lavish wedding. The starters did not disappoint at all!
Based on its name, it was no-brainer that I selected the risotto. The steamy, creamy blend of rice, vegetables, and protein simultaneously melted in my mouth.
For the most part, I truly enjoyed the desserts. The tiramisu was heaven, especially with a freshly cup of brewed coffee. The minor dent was the cheesecake as the bottom crust had a texture of an apple-pie like crust; something was just off. But the cheesecake itself was rich and creamy.
Talk about getting the best of both worlds - outstanding chow at a really affordable price! Make sure you arrive on the select day between the four hour time range and bring your appetite!

Read moreWe had a reservation for a party of 10 following funeral services—an important and emotional day for our family. Shockingly, about 30 minutes before the service ended, we found out our reservation had been canceled without notice. The restaurant never contacted us. We only learned this because we called to confirm before heading over.
When we asked why, we were told it was due to a communion party scheduled at the same time. No apology or explanation was offered beyond, “The owner’s son, who handles reservations, didn’t follow up.” We asked to speak with the owner or a manager—neither was available.
An employee named Matt was helpful and polite, but unfortunately, that doesn’t make up for how unprofessional and inconsiderate this situation was. We won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant if you’re expecting basic reliability or...
