If I could give this location zero stars I would . They need to educate their cashiers better or maybe not hire sarcastic high schoolers who have no idea what they are doing . Tonight my mother visited this location and was looking to purchase two gift cards totaling $800 . Instead of the cashier making her aware that she is not able to process anything more than $500 in one transaction she charged the card 8 times !!! My mother showed her in the account there are 8 transactions of $815 being taken out. Her response was oh yeah we have a limit on our registers another register would have to do the other gift card and when she was asked why she proceeded to charge the card her next response was “I don’t know it was approving it” WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THIS . She told her it charged the full amount 8 times and she goes well it only took the $500 and idk how your bank works so now she has to wait 5-7 days to have these transactions cleared and the money out back in my account because of the lack of sense this sales associate had. Not even an apology no remorse NOTHING . Absolutely disgusting service and to top it off my mother told her husband I have a headache due to this whole mess and the girl responds “I have aspirin”. Read moreThe Staff are nice people. Always really nice. Always also seem to have some problem or issue that prevents me from getting medications. The Staff and website are rarely on the same page. Often have to call pharmacy to confirm every script.
This past winter, I was told they couldn't schedule a covid booster in the store. That's fine. Went home, tried to schedule on the Walgreens website, was down. Forgot about it. Tested Covid pos a few days later.
When I was cleared to get my booster recently, I scheduled it alright on the website, but then I had to reschedule in person with the pharmacist because there was some kind of problem.
When I went to the store, I had to use the website. When I went to the website, I had to talk to a pharmacist in person. The staff are always happy and helpful, the issue seems systemic.
Glad I have some time before my flight, I try to always give an extra week for Walgreens.

Read moreI am extremely disappointed with the service at this pharmacy. I’ve been facing ongoing issues with getting my prescription filled due to their lack of proactivity and communication.
Despite multiple follow-ups, the pharmacy has repeatedly failed to send the required prior authorization to my doctor. When I contact them, I’m told it has already been sent, but my doctor’s office confirms otherwise. This constant back-and-forth has been incredibly frustrating and time-consuming.
It is evident that the staff is not proactive in handling prescription-related issues, leaving me to chase both the pharmacy and my doctor to resolve the problem. As a customer, I expect a pharmacy to manage these processes efficiently and with accountability, which has not been the case here.
I strongly urge the management to improve their processes and communication to prevent such experiences for other customers...
