Family Farm & Home — Local services in Hastings

The past three times (that I can remember exactly) that I have visited Family Farm & Home the customer service has not been great. I didn’t feel welcomed I more so felt like an inconvenience on the cashiers almost every time. For example today I had gone in and there was a male at the cash register (possible manager) he was checking out a customer and he sounded very kind, thanking the customer for coming in, and telling them to have a good day… from what I had overheard. Then I go up front and have a different cashier who had made me feel like I was not welcome… their was no talk besides the cashier asking for rewards and saying my total- which has been like that for the past three times. Went to get Top Soil that in the morning when I checked on the website indicated it was 2.25 a bag. Went down at 1:00 pm to get 20 bags and it rang up 2.99 a bag. The young dude said it was now higher but would be on sale again the next day. I left and bought the top soil somewhere else. They wouldn't give me the sale price. I was going to buy 40 bags total.
