Verizon — Local services in Hastings

When I walked in I was immediately addressed, then served by Josey. I came in with one thought in mind to get a new phone, I wasn't sure what I needed, but my phone was old and having problems. Josey very patiently listened to all my thoughts and concerns. He showed me around the showroom per my request, explaining each phone, it's features, and the differences between them. He also introduced me to the Harman/kardon sound speakers, and showed how to use them with blue tooth on the smartphone, all new to me. Josey was professional, personable, caring, very knowledgeable, and most helpful. He helped recommend the perfect smartphone for my needs, which also had a big promotional savings on monthly fee. I felt I could trust him cimpletely. He made sure I was completely satisfied. He helped arrange the things that were most important to me on my new phone, going above and beyond. taking all the time needed to make sure I was completely satisfied. He is passionate about the work he does and helping people, and welcomed me back anytime if I had questions or needed help with my phone. I love my new Samsung 7 and Harmin/kardon speaker, I am so happy with my purchases, and feel I made a new friend. Great experience. Thank you Verizon for opening a store in my hometown...

My sister got a new smart phone at Christmastime; I urged her to activate it with Verizon instead of the cut-rate provider she'd used. She thought it would be too expensive, so I decided to find out if I could add her line to my account. After getting totally confused by information online, I stopped in the store and met L'Shawn. He took a lot of time with me, answering questions and suggesting plans. He found a way to make it work for only $20 per month!!! I made an appointment to come in with my sister's phone the next time he was at this store, because he'd been so helpful. On that second visit, my sister and her phone came along. He worked a lot of magic, and had us all set up (including transferring her old number and info to the new phone) and out the door in well under an hour. We didn't realize it had been more than 15 minutes because we were happy, entertained, and grateful and amazed while we were there.

This place is a very busy place. This trip was the first time that I had not needed to wait for 10 minutes or so to be waited on. Otherwise I would have given them five stars. Even though the clerk was unable to solve my issue he certainly seemed knowledgeable and tried many different Avenues of approach to fix the problem. As he was trying them he was telling me that this problem is no stranger to him nor to many of their Android customers. My phone keeps telling me I have 1 unread text message even though I have gone through every message and opened it and closed it. So it seems to be a widespread Android issue. When I purchased this phone at this particular Verizon Wireless store I got top-notch service and every time I go in there they have in stock whatever I may need. And it is very nice to have a Verizon store in town instead of having to drive 40 miles to the nearest one, so I will certainly keep shopping local.
