We placed an order over the phone on our way into work to pick up and enjoy before work. We placed our order of a large bbq chicken pizza with extra sauce, and extra bacon and the lady said it would be 20 min. And the total was only $12 something. I should have known then something was wrong. A large pizza with extra toppings shouldn’t be only $12 something. When we pulled up to the window the girl couldn’t find out order and went and got a manager. We confirmed and showed him the number we dialed was their Pizza Hut. He offered to start it then but at that point we didn’t have enough time to wait for it before work. He didn’t know why it had happened, nor do I blame him, but the situation wasn’t rectified and that’s not good business practice. Read moreI have to start with some of the workers are great. That being said that was from me going in. I tried to order for less than 5 miles away and was told it was out of the delivery range. A manager had already given the ok for the next delivery to be possible but since she wasn’t there the worker that answered the phone had to ask the manager there at the time. I learned that the managers name was Jim shortly after I heard the worker start to ask the question. She was unable to ask the entire question before Jim the very unprofessional manager said (extremely clear to me over a phone) “nope can’t do it”. So not only is he short with his employees he is extremely unprofessional with customers in hearing distance. If you order from here you should go in. One major issue is the drive thru pick up lane, almost every time we've gone to pick up a pizza after waiting until the time they tell us it'll be ready we get stuck behind a customer that's literally blocking the pick up lane for 10-12 minutes like they ordered their pizza at the window or something. Occasionally we could see but darn near every time we have used that pick up window we get stuck behind someone sitting there forever and then get our pizza out of the warming oven and it's just warm not hot. Management needs to tell this customers to go around again, go inside or come back when their pizza will be ready.
