I was in the store for 34 minutes without any of the 3 people working acknowledging me. When I first entered, there were 2 customers in the store, a woman was being helped by a guy in a black shirt and the other waiting. There was a 2nd person working wearing a red shirt but he didn't really seem to be doing more than taking up space. After I walked in, another man and 2 girls came in, guy in black shirt says "hey your back, the kid in the red shirt can help you until Jason is back from break." Jason comes back from break within a couple of seconds and red shirt kid goes on break. (Well, I assume he was on break because he started eating a banana.) In walks some other guy who just stopped by to visit and oh by the way to let everyone know he is now on the radio. Woman leaves, guy in black shirt now joins Jason to help the man with the 2 girls. In the meantime, I'm still standing there and so is the other guy. (for all I know the other guy could have been helped earlier and now waiting - not sure his story.) But, Jason, guy in black shirt and now the kid in the red shirt are all either helping the man with the 2 girls or shooting the breeze with the guy who stopped by to visit. I stood in the middle of the store for 11 minutes (yes, I timed it) looking directly at all 3 of the "service" people waiting for assistance. Not once - never did they ever say a word or offer to help. Good bye Verizon! My time is valuable and I will not waste it on this...
Read moreIf I could leave zero stars I would. I came to this store location looking to submit a trade-in phone to be shipped. Unfortunately the salesman mentioned they don’t do those transactions at their store which was fine with me. Next I asked if he could look at my daughter’s light on her iPhone because it stopped working. The salesman said that’s a warranty issue. Okay fine.
I purchased one of their phone cases for my 13 year old in the store. The salesman stated I can return the item if it’s brought back intact. I thought he was talking about the merchandise itself. I haven’t gotten into the car after walking out before my daughter got in and opened the package on the sides to pull out the case to find out it was too small for her phone. I thought I could exchange it for a bigger case. No. The salesman said he couldn’t take it back because the box was not intact and it can’t be resold. That’s where I think this store deserves zero stars.
The box lid was sealed in a way that my daughter could only open it by tearing the sides to pull it out. Now I’m stuck with a case I have no use for. I found out after getting home and reading their return policy in my emailed receipt that it stipulates that the box has to be intact for an exchange or refund. I wish the salesman explained that further at the store.
My advice is to go to an actual corporate Verizon store. This is a Wireless Zone store that sells Verizon stuff. A big waste of time and money...
Read moreNightmare customer service!!! I went in earlier today due to some sim issues with my iPhone. (we have multiple lines). Come to find out my wife didn’t add me as an authorized user. Embarrassing and inconvenient but not the end of the world. I’d have to come back either with my wife or be added as an authorized user. I went home and my wife made me authorized user through Verizon. Went back to Wireless Zone and explained my wife had added me as an authorized user and they should be able to help. Alexander told me they wouldn’t be helping me because I’m not a user on the account. I was frustrated at this point and ask if I would be needing to bring my wife to which Alexander said he wouldnt be helping me anyways and he didn’t like my attitude and that I needed to leave the store. At this point I was on the phone with my wife who was on her way there and heard the employee tell me he was going to fraud freeze our account for 30 days. That is exactly what he did. As an “ Authorized Verizon Retailer” I don’t believe you have any right to weaponize a customer account against a customer!!! I was clearly on account , he seen my DL, seen my phone and knew my wife was otw. He froze my account because I was unhappy as a customer not because of any fraud. This is your store manager who uses and treats customers...
