I have shopped here several times and made purchases. Most recently I went in and got several tops, leggings and a jacket. The fitting rooms were full and I was pressed for time. So at the counter I specifically asked about bringing the items back if they didn’t work. It was buy one item get one 40% off, but she told me I couldn’t bring them back unless she did the 35% off. I said that’s fine, because I wasn’t sure if I would keep them all anyway. I again asked if I would be able to bring them back and the answer was yes… Fast forward 5 days later I go in to take 3 of the 5 items back and they proceed to tell me that I have $114 on my account at the store that I can spend. And that they do not give people their money back. The girl doing the return was not who was there the date of my purchase, so she calls the manager and tells her “this lady is saying that you said she could bring this back.” Which is exactly what she told me. And it was not specified that I had to exchange the item or get store credit. It’s not that much money, but its really bad business when you have management that doesn’t make things right with the customers! I own a business as well, and even when the customer isn’t right,...
