Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Hattiesburg

There are moments in your life where you wonder if you made the right decision and I am pleased to say that a couple years ago I did, when I stopped ordering from little caesars in Oak Grove in Hattiesburg. I had not been there in a couple of years because I was so disgusted by my experiences and the quality. I saw ads all weekend for the Philly cheesesteak bites so I ordered some as well as a stuffed crust pepperoni on Monday, October 20th, and was told 15 minutes. Got to the restaurant five minutes after I ordered, girl at the window said it wasn't ready and pulled me up. I was ok with that because I had arrived prior to the expected time. 20 minutes later, still did not have my pizza; order was placed at 5:37 and went inside at 5:52. I went inside, where they told me it was coming out of the oven. I said forget it, I want my money back. They said do you have the tiny little receipt so we can refund. I said I wasn't given a tiny receipt and the manager with a lot of piercings said well they train to give out the receipts, who rang you up. Three people and they were all looking at each other. Why did the girl who pulled me up not remember who I was 20...

The last three times we went to this location, there were issues. Tonight we were there at 7:30. We ordered a three meat treat. The cashier immediately said “oh that will be a 20 minute wait” (why? You weren’t that busy.). I asked why because in the past that was a Hot-N-Ready item between 5-8. She said, “ we only do that for the five meat treat now.” Ok then. I ordered one of those and was told y’all wouldn’t have any of those ready for 20 minutes either. I asked what was ready and was told one pepperoni. The previous visits were long waits and poor service. We left tonight with nothing, drove to the other Little Caesar’s and had the same order in less time. This location was great when it first opened. I’m not sure what has changed but we will go to Hardy St location...

First I called to place my order before I got there I got out on hold for 15 min. I finally hung up because by then I was at the store. To find 3 employees outside talking and one guy inside. There was no other customers at the store. I did not get greeted. He finally said what you want? 🤯 if I wasn’t craving a pizza I woulda walked out. Then I asked for extra extra pineapple twice to make sure I got extra pineapple. I noticed on my receipt it didn’t say pineapple so I mentioned it. He said oh you want extra pineapple ? I got you. So I waited for 20 min for my pizza to find it looks like they went light on the pineapple. It’s the worst service I’ve ever...
