While attempting to checkout a manager started digging through my basket which contained a large amount of fabric, some of which was rolled back onto the bolt by the very kind sales associate that helped me. The manager began acting irritated and took my fabric ticket while she helped other customers and employees, withholding me from finishing my transaction for over 20 minutes. I didn’t know what was going on because I was just trying to purchase my items but the cashier dismissed me when I asked if we could get the ticket back. After the manager finished helping the other customers and employees she accused me of trying to steal the bolts of fabric to which I explained that they were written on the ticket. She did not check for the items even after I told her they were listed and became increasingly hostile with me while she called for the sales associate that cut my fabric. She also insinuated that I forged the initials on the ticket. When the associate came up to verify the items she patiently walked through each item with me while the manager continued to treat me as a shoplifter. When it was verified that the bolts were on the ticket the manager walked away without an apology or anything. Be careful shopping here, this whole ordeal was embarrassing in front of several other customers and I’ve never been treated this way in my life, especially by a business that I’ve supported for years with a huge dollar amount associated with my...

I just love this store. Everyone is always very friendly to me. I like the ambience, there's always Christian music playing in the background. I've been able to find some wonderful pieces to decorate my home. I love all the variety of Bible verses on signs and magnets. Sometimes I shop online and take screenshots of everything I love and then when I'm in the store I'm able to check things out better and see whether or not they're going to fit on my walls and look good... This also helps me save time. They have a good selection of clearances items. I also love that every week they have a 40% off coupon that can be used on one regular priced item. The cashiers in the past have been friendly and have let me do two transactions to use the coupon twice. The bathrooms are the only thing that haven't been 5 star but I'm not going to lower my review cause one doesn't usually shop at a craft store to use their bathroom... the only reason I have been in their bathrooms is because I have small children that need multiple...

I’m so addicted to this store! I love it! The workers are so helpful and friendly and EVERY Monday is half off day! My husband hates this store bc when we go I spend HOURS looking at everything going “ohhhh this is the cutest thing I’ve ever seen” repeatedly and then I spend way too much money! But our house is adorable, my daughters room is adorable and my sons nursery is the CUTEST and it’s all bc of this store! I’ve only ran into one not so friendly associate at this store who was stocking shelves and I told her that a little baby Jesus figurine was missing it’s head and she got real snappy with me and said I wasn’t the first person to tell her, but I couldn’t understand why they would still try to sell a headless baby Jesus.
