The only reason I give 1 star is bc I give negative stars. This is absolutely the most unprofessional business in the Hattiesburg area. My family and I come often and each time it gets worse. Came in 4/2/22 around 3pm and the Caucasian guy was coughing consistently with his mouth wide open. No mask and begin to have the sniffles. He was extremely rude and rushing us to decide what we wanted. With scoop in his right hand, he then covers his mouth with his right arm and begin coughing again. He then looks at us with this look basically saying “so you going to order or what?” We decided to leave but due to the fact that something always happen, I later called the store to speak with the owner or manager. Dave answered the phone and stated “there’s no manager here so what do you want?” I responded that I called to speak with the manager. He later puts the phone down and answer as If he’s the manager. I asked what was his name and he said “Dave”. I then replied “then you’re not the manager”. He then says “I’m sorry to tell you but they’re never here so I don’t know what to tell ya”. I went back To the store where Dave lied that he didn’t speak to me when he did then gave me a false phone number to speak with the owners. I can assure you that will be my last time there. Read moreFor some reason when you order a cake online it doesn't actually send the order to the store. It sends it to their old manager who no longer works there. The employee gave the indication that it has been that way for a while. So I was unable to get the cake I ordered for my wife's birthday. I was forced to buy a cake from their freezer and when I asked for a discount for my inconvenience I was offered a whole $2 off. That doesn't even cover taxes in Hattiesburg. They also didn't have any small cakes so I had to buy a medium cake when I only needed it for 3 people. Finally, when I asked if they could just write happy birthday on the cake I was told the decorator was not in. Here's a minor "suggestion": It might be a good idea to start closing down when its actually closing time. I got there a little after 930PM and there was literally a line to the door. There were two people employees there but only one was working on serving the substantial queue. The other was too busy starting the closing process. I waited in line until they officially closed and counted, an older gentleman, 4 couples and a family of 8 all leave.
