Brought in a Motorola 5g stylus for micro soldering, the phone worked fine, but would not charge. Charged me $180 for the repair and a screen replacement, the screen, battery, and charging port were brand new and was only plugged into the phone not glued. I was told the phone was fixed via text message, but when i showed up to pay for the services i was then informed the phone in fact did not work that the battery was bad and needed replacing, that the battery was damaged (again brand new not even glued into the phone yet) the screen will not light up except a small square in the upper left of the screen. Was pretty much told that i am Stupid and do not know anything about phones even though i have been fixing my own phones for the last 2 years. They didn't even clean the glue off the phone or return the so called Bad screen as requested to get my money back for that screen. I talked with the Manager of the location who is the one that treated me as if I was a child, I have sent several emails with no response, called the company and was given the run around, was told i would receive a call regarding my phone and I am still waiting. I had a horrible experience here! I brought my iPad Air 5 to get fixed not only did they not fix it but my screen keeps coming out like it’s not glued down enough I let him “fix” it but for some reason screen is still coming out! I told the main guy that I’m fine with the screen popping out as long as if a month down the road if it completely comes out will you guys re glue it down since again this is YOUR fault my screen wasn’t fixed properly! He tells me fixing the screen doesn’t come With a warranty! Like sir you never fixed it from the jump! Long story short I would not take your newer iPads up there as they do not know how to fix anything newly modeled!! This place don’t even deserve 1 star!! I took my iPhone 13 Pro Max here to get my back glass replaced at 11am on April 3rd and they told me to bring it back at 5pm. They told me it would take 3hrs.. I went back at 8:20pm to get my phone & THEY HAD NOT STARTED ON IT! I DIDNT get my phone until 10:15pm! When I got my phone back, the back glass was positioned uneven and my speaker now WILL NOT WORK!!
