I wanted to give this place a chance in hopes that the bad reviews were a fluke. First time I called, I immediately reached a receptionist and was able to book an appointment for the following week as they said they had plenty of availability. When I found out I couldn’t make that appointment, I tried calling to reschedule, and for an entire day I got the automated voice system, and pressing 1 would just route me back to automated voice system. The next day I try again, and this time pressing one sends me to a queue for the next available person until eventually I am told to leave a voicemail. I leave a voicemail and get a call later that day. I ask if I can reschedule my appointment to an earlier day or later that day and was told that they are booked 2 weeks out which left me with no option but to cancel the appointment and tell the person I’ll figure something out and reschedule later to which she snarkly replied good luck. Read moreDon't get me wrong I LOVE Dr. Day, but it's the desk workers, I have NEVER Gotten threw to them ANYTIME I have ever called, left VM's and even sent them a message threw sum link they had sent me? accept for the very first time I ever went there.. sense then the only way is by walking in, and even still the desk workers seem to be bothered by your presence and don't like it there? Last I ever went It seemed as if they were training up noobies? Which seemed determined and was even taking notes on everyrhing being shown from setting appointments, taking callz, ect. But i guess they also taught them how not to answer the phone EVER!! Other then that, it's a nice clean environment, love the staff, audio doc, and most importantly Dr. Day but it's not a horrible place to go just the desk people...

I have no problem with NPs but they are not the ones performing the surgery! I’m taking my son there for an hearing issue and on my calendar I have 2:40 while the text confirmation says 4. I know I’m going to have a hell of a time talking to someone over the phone, fortunately I live close enough that I can walk in and confirm. This place is definitely not organized. Having to leave a message, getting a text then waiting for them to call you back is...
