They charge less than the "competitors" to repair mobile phone screens. What they don't tell you is that they intentionally set your phone to break again.

There are two types of iphone screen replacements, one is what is called a hard screen and one is a soft screen. Apple uses soft screens, and they don't even give you this option.

They replace the screen for about $20 less than the competition, but they don't use the same product. They use a hard screen, not only that, they intentionally remove screws so that if any pressure is applies, your screen will crack, and you'll bring the phone back to get it repaired there again.

This isn't covered under their limited warranty, and they know it. They don't care, because it's cheaper to pay for fake reviews than it is to please the customers that figure this out. This is what they count on.

There are other local phone repair companies that are much busier than them, but yet this company has more reviews, that's pretty suspicious.

This company will ruin your phone, your screen "will" crack again, it's intentional. Find a local company that has all 5 star reviews, or use apple warrantied products.

I lost almost $200 and had to pay another company another $180 to fix what this company left me with. They had to replace screws that this company intentionally left out. That means that because I used this company, it cost me $380 plus tax to fix my screen, I might as well have purchased...

My very first time to leave a bad review. 0 Star! Like other guy said most good reviews are fake. I have credit card to prove I'm a real customer. See picture, they kept your important parts for a low quality screen and skip some works.

Replaced iphone12 screen. Asked $100 more than other guy said over the phone. $149 is over price. Not only that the replacement screen is very bad quality. The bottom edge turn black in less than 24 hour. I was a traveler not able to come back. After came home, I opened the phone to find out they not only replaced a bad quality screen, but also took the ear piece, proximity sensor and flood illuminator away, which explains why my iphone 12 doesn't lock by itself. That end up randomly type in wrong pass code and security lock my phone all the time. Phone doesn't lock by itself. They toke away your important parts just for easy installation and save cost. Makes your phone end up useless. I was the last customer of July 22nd, in order not to cause them late, I didn't test carefully before I left that's my mistake. If you still want to repair, make sure watch every second. Don't let them come in the room and mess up...

I will always go to Island Cell for any future cell phone repairs and accessories. Gabriel is awesome! Went in yesterday with a new battery I had purchased for my iPhone 6s+, and asked if he could put it in. He said sure, no problem, $50 in 30 min. Came back and Gabe had just opened up my phone & was getting ready to drop it in when he realized I had purchased the battery for the iPhone 6s (sans the plus)...wrong battery. Gabe was so careful opening the battery (I had purchased somewhere else) that I knew I would have no problem returning it. Problem was the battery was almost twice the cost. I worried I was going to have to pay more for the battery, plus the $50 installation...NO WAY 😍 Gabriel was so mellow and cool he said, “That would be straight robbing”, and he waived the installation and threw in a free case! Wow!!! Amazing stuff. Thank you Gabriel. I have a brand new (old) phone, working like a charm 💫 Go out while we still can and support...
