Very friendly and welcoming staffs. I wanted to find souvenirs for my hawaii trip and this place was the one. Found unique pins, a dress for my niece made in Maui, and a calendar with beautiful hawaii illustrations. Owner wasn’t there but I was told the owner makes the woven hats which were 👍👍. They had some for display only and some for sale. It was kind of pricey since it’s handmade but if I was a hat person, I would’ve definitely bought...

Disappointing experience. Had a wonderful initial experience with the service woman. The owner then publicly derided me for sharing that someone had told us Okinawa is sometimes called "poor man's Hawai'i." She lectured me in front of other customers for several minutes. I felt totally uncomfortable and unwelcome. Not sure what her issues are and why she took this so personally, but she lost a customer...
