I did 2 orders of the hot wings $19 a plate and I received 2 plates of plain chicken..I've came here multiple times and it usually comes drenched with their sauce . It was super unfortunate and disappointing knowing I spent $40 on plain wings, if I wanted plain wings I could've went elsewhere. I came here for their "famous" wings and they didn't deliver how it's supposed to be. Also ordered 2 mushroom Swiss burgers , one was medium rare and the other was well done..no burger was marked which was which... Service sucked I know they close at 8 and I picked up my food at 7:30 but there's no reason to give your CUSTOMERS a stink attitude just because you're supposed to close soon..treat your customers with respect till the end of your shift. Did not feel welcomed and I felt like I wasted my money. Cashier kept telling me to grab my food which was right in front of me which I knew..I was waiting for my change first. Overall she was just giving me attitude like she was in a hurry to close even though their were other family's dining in while I was just picking up..it was super weird and not welcoming. Cashiers name was...

Wide open bar area and second level with more tables. Small stage on the left side about mid bar. Main bar area is right in the middle of the building. Looks to be about 18-24 tables that seat mainly 4 and a few with 2. No outdoor seating. Live music is setup on the small stage by local artists every Thursday and Friday night from 1830-2030. Wife and I had two different burgers, one with rings and one with tots. Both had an upcharge for not getting fries of $2 per burger. Burgers were well cooked and very moist. Buns were soft and toppings were crisp and fresh. I added a fried egg and was not disappointed. Menu was normal bar food and some entrees. Looks to be 16 or 17 large TV's for sports and regular bar background music playing. They use Direct TV so each TV can be tuned to different events. Food service was fast, friendly and there was no wait for drinks or food. There are about 18-19 taps for beer and regular domestic selections in bottle as well.

On a side note, the fees being added are getting quite overdone. Hawaii tax is not that much but add-ons for credit card and surcharge fees are getting...

Worst servers ever. Rude, unenthusiastic, and made me wait forever. Went to celebrate a birthday and we only managed to get 1 drink in 2 hours. Food was good but I don’t know if I’d wait and hour again for it. Just to order an appetizer took almost an hour? We actually spoke with someone named Alisa?Alyssa? Idk the spelling? About the horrible service and she was just as bad. Rude, seemed like she just wanted us to leave. Which okay I understand you don’t want people complaining about your restaurant but come on. An hour is crazy to wait for an order: What was most annoying was we waited a while for drinks and we happened to see our server at an empty table on her phone for the longest time. Texting away. No care in the world. Empty glasses she just walked right passed: will definitely remind friends and family NOT to come here: Layne really just let’s anyone work here...

Edit** 5 stars to 3. 😐 All of the things I said below with original review is true except one thing. The last few times I've gone the prices have increased (which is understandable considering the economy at the moment) but the amount of food you get when you order pupus (appetizers) has lower as well. Order a basket of onion rings and cheese bites and both had barely anything in the containers. The cheese bites in the pic was $13.50. Before they would give enough for 3 people to share easily. Love Cronies. Clean place, has a bar, TVs everywhere, friendly staff, and its not too expensive. Keep in mind they're not cheap but you definitely get your moneys worth. Everything I've gotten from there is delicious. Recommend the country fried steak, the French dip sandwich, and their cheese bite appetizer.

I would give zero stars except that the fried pickles, although sparse in quantity, were good. I'd say we received the equivalent of a medium-size pickle. For a $13 appetizer, the portion should be larger. The burger was a frozen, pre-formed patty. The onion rings are not homemade, either. Service was incredibly slow. The men's bathroom was so dirty and stained that the men in our group refused to use it. Everyone was very disappointed.
