Takeaway, I would absolutely not recommend. I write a ton of great reviews and dislike writing bad feedback. But hopefully my feedback will help you. My Mom is 85 so I purchased the more costly VIP service which includes being seated early and avoid the line. Despite noting this to the hostess, we were admitted with the general public. She had a stroller and they made her stand.

Next, VIP benefits includes being first to eat. We noticed all VIPs were served, then general public, and still our table was not. I spoke to the manager and she noted that the people serving were extremely new and it was an oversight. She said she would do whatever it took to make things right. She offered another round of Mai Tai's?

Food came out 15 mins later and everyone was done eating while we just being served. With everyone staring and the food cold, we began to eat. Instead of us getting what was itemized on the advertised ticket, plates were missing one or the other. Some were missing rice and when we asked for rice, they came back and said they were out.

As the entertainment concluded, the manager was no where to be found. Missing food, missing service, missing manager. Mom's bucket list was to visit Hawaii and go to a Luau. What bad experience, bad value...epic...

If i could do 0 stars I would. Don’t buy this. They waited until the day of the show to cancel. They were in contact with me the week of and they confirmed and left no indicator of canceling. By the time they called 1030am day of the show everywhere else was booked. I was told when i asked them why i had to give them 24 hour notice but they could give me same day notice and they said “we have till 11am to cancel” Go anywhere but here!! This was the one thing my kids were looking forward to! I don’t want to be dramatic and say that the vacation was ruined but it really did impact the mood of the vacation for a while! Thankfully I was able to call every other company on the island and get one booked for later this week but it threw off all our plans and we just got into the other one. We almost came to Hawaii and didn’t get to see a luau. I am thankful to the company that understood our situation and helped us out! I don’t identify leave negative reviews, but I feel this one...

The food was awful! Very over-cooked, dried out and flavorless. The high point was the fried shrimp which actually was good. The dessert tasted like the no cook cheesecake that comes in a box at the supermarket. I guess we were paying for the entertainment because $160 plus for that food would be criminal. The wait staff was very nice. The show was even nicer and after the break it got terrific. The show rated a 5++ but the dinner was less than a 1 so it averaged a 3. The setting was pretty, overlooking a golf course with the mountains in the background. If they get a new chef it could be a...
