A+. AAA Rating! (In my opinion). We visited this shop 2 months ago while on a cruse stop in Hilo Hawaii. We spent a fare amount of money there. Not because things were over priced, but every time we turned around we found something else we wanted. Despite thinking most of our souvenir shopping was done. An absolute must stop for any tourist to Hilo.

Well, we messed up, and got the wrong size shirt as gift. Now, 2 months later, and half a world away, they have bent over backwards to find the right shirt in the right size and ship it to me. Of course I'm paying them to do it, but I am so Thankful they were willing to go the extra mile to help me.

These are the kind of people it is always a pleasure to be a customer...

This is a must stop for visitors in Hilo Great gifts from Sarongs to cute ez to wear dresses & T-shirts 4 all..The ppl who work there make your visit to their shop a happy place to be.. Really can't say enough about Joy's Great prices Quality n Variety.Take a lil break stop in I think you'll be glad you did I certainly was. Because I kept going back to look for more stuff....😊 Thank You Joy Fabiola & Jade for your Aloha.....

Here for IRONMAN HONU race. Afterwards, I'm glad I went into Joys for gifts. Super inexpensive for quality items. Especially for souvenirs. The island stores would thrive more and the whole shopping experience would be 10x better if everyone followed Joys lead. Very pleasant woman and very fair with her prices. Don't waste your time shopping elsewhere. You'll be sorry you did. Shop at Joys! It's all you will...
