We booked a three hour volcano tour with Viator. I had no idea what to expect. From the start the communication was.fantastic via email and text. The night before I received an email with our guide's phone number for texting. So great.

The morning of the tour I received a text from Michelle our guide that included the meet up location.

Michelle was our guide. She was literally phenomenal. We decided on a few hikes together...and off we went. Michelle knew everything. We literally could not stump her...from the park and its volcanoes to the island...and everything. Honestly we have said multiple times since the tour...where is Michelle when we need her!

This is such a great way to see the best parts of the park.

Our experience with Kilauea Ecoguides was exceptional! Before the day of our tour Malia was quick to answer any questions I had and helped us prepare for our tour. Our guide Erik was fantastic with our kids and answered all of our questions thoughtfully. He was prompt and prepared with head lamps, visuals, and rain ponchos in case we needed them. Hid understanding and knowledge of Hawaiian culture made this tour especially significant. We’ve done tours with our family around the world and this was one of our kids’ favorites! We learned so much, stayed safe, and were able to see the highlights of a huge national park with his assistance....
