Went for the Sunday morning farmers market. I was confused at first because it seemed sparsely attended & I'd heard it was large. However, I'd only seen vendors under the covered basketball/skate/recreation area. There is a LOT more going on in the main building. All the vendors & locals were kind. The produce was lovely, large & affordable. There was a nice assortment of other types of vendors. A great cook to order breakfast kitchen & the book/thriftstore were open as well. Picnic tables to eat & enjoy the scenery. It's much cooler in the Volcano area so you could easily tell who was a tourist vs. a local by the jackets & tank tops. lol. Highly recommend. I didn't make it to Thursday night market but hear it's...

It is CASH ONLY though . The skate park is enormous and the best one I've seen at any community center yet. Nobody was there the first time, but this trip there were a bunch of people having a great time. My friend & I signed up to volunteer for an upcoming event. We were the only two names 😔 My heart sank when I saw the industrial kitchen had been torn apart. Hopefully it won't be...
