We visited Maui as part of our first visit to Hawaii in celebration of our 40th wedding anniversary. Jeanette greeted and assisted us as we shopped for a special ring.

The store has a lot to choose from and I would guess for most any budget. We like a deal and after looking at several pieces, we asked Jeanette about sale items. My husband and I were both drawn to and purchased a unique ring in the Horizon collection.

Jeanette was pleasant, knowledgeable and patient throughout our time there. Later that day I happened to look at the receipt and her last name was my maiden name so that made my purchase even more fun!

My boyfriend and I visited today to look at rings, and I have to admit, I was feeling pretty shy and anxious. As locals, we sometimes get that “What are you doing here?” vibe when visiting certain shops, but that wasn’t the case at all here.

We had the most amazing experience, thanks to Mary! She was incredibly warm and welcoming, instantly making me feel comfortable. Mary took the time to show us a beautiful variety of rings, answered all of our questions with ease, and was so knowledgeable throughout the entire process.

Her kindness and genuine care turned our first ring-shopping experience into a truly special memory. We’re so excited to shop at Na Hoku again in the future! The customer service is outstanding, and the jewelry is reasonably priced....

We were recently in Kailua-Kona celebrating our anniversary and after my wife had pointed out a certain type of bracelet I snuck in to the Na Hoku store to find her one. Upon giving it to her, we realized bigger would be better but we had an early flight and could not get back to exchange it. Once home, I reached out to Renee who had sold me the bracelet who was great. I shipped it back to her and within days she sent back the replacement which is perfect.
