Last day on our vacation and we were walking along the shops of Kailua-Kona. Stopped at this fashionable clothing boutique. Saw the most stylish, relaxed outfit at the corner of my eye. A very fashionable, chic older woman (Nathalie) asked me if I wanted to try it. Looking at how beautiful French Nathalie looked and presented herself, I thought maybe she designed the outfit I was eyeing. She asked me if I wanted to try on the outfit. I hesitated bc it cost way, way above my price range. Well, she mentioned that you have to try on and see how I feel in them. She gave me different outfit options and I fell for a very stylish, relaxed top and pant outfit that reminds me of someone staying at a 5 star resort would wear. She was wearing a variation of the same outfit but up styled it with beautiful accessories that surprisingly came from inexpensive discount/online stores. She wears the outfit. Not the other way around. After talking more with Nathalie, she says that quality is important and that outfit I tried on expressed that and I deserved it. UPDATE… Eva has been very helpful in getting my damaged items replaced, once she found my email. I got an email yesterday that the order is in the way with the replacement items for the damaged ones. I just wish it hadn’t taken so long since I was going to give products I bought as gifts when I got home from vacation. I will have to wait until Christmas to give those items out. But I am grateful that Eva took care of things to replace the items. It is a very cute store.

I bought quite a few things at this cute store and I was able to have the items shipped home. I got the shipment and one of the bottles of the ola body spritz was not tightened and all of it came out all over everything. One of the “dirty” soaps got the label smeared from the body spritz leak. Also, the package was packed so tight that 2 of the “dirty” soaps got crushed in the corners. I got all of these things for gifts and now I am short 2 soaps and an ola gift bag. I emailed the store twice about getting the items exchanged but I have not heard from anyone. I like the store but very disappointed in the service after the sale, especially since items...

If I could give this store more than 5 stars I absolutely would - they have been nothing short of amazing!!

Was caught in a pinch needing to send a newly married friend of mine, a Congratulations style basket (via phone, all the way from Boston) in a very short time frame. This company came recommended to me by a friend on island, and all it took was one phone call and the lady who helped me (maybe the owner..?) Eva was SO incredibly helpful and kind. She was very responsive, quick with her service, fair with pricing and had the most wonderful and fun suggestions for ideas to add into the basket for the couple. She really made the whole process seamlessly pleasant and I couldn't be more grateful for her prompt assistance...
