Outstanding quality at affordable prices exists in Waimea! Total serendipity that we stopped at this store on a recent visit, and were amazed at what was offered. The detail is amazing, right down to the inclusion of a tiny Hawaiian isles map on the back of a number of pieces. The jewelry is largely in silver, with some gold-on-silver, and the designs have tons of creative aloha. I am very picky about my jewelry, and ended up buying multiple pieces. I'd love to keep this 'my secret' but Sassafras deserves to be more widely known. Na Hoku and Maui Divers have nice pieces, but don't buy from there until you see what Sassafras has to offer....
