I live around the corner from PIZZA SHOW, I have gone three times now, it will more than likely my last time for me and my family, let me explained why the food is decent prices are above average but when the food is good I don't mind we tipped when tips are earned not just because, first time we went in a group everything went without an issue in fact it was the only reason we decided to got the second time, the second time it was just my own family dinning in the food was good the service not so much our orders were late, they even missed one big item by the time they realized we were done eating, we just told them to not even worry about it anymore, it left a bad tasted for everyone not to eat in we still tipped the server, I gave the place one last time by placing a delivery order this time, but the prices to get it dropped off were too high, so I chose to pick it up myself, it was a twenty minute wait I gave it thirty just to not wait once I got there, I got to the pay window nobody there waited three minutes I had no choice but to wait, I ordered three items LARGE PIZZA, SANDWHICH, FRIES $61.00 the screen is set up to ask for a tip on a pick up? I opted to go get it myself i have to drive to them, and they expect a tip, that was a hard no for me obviously, got my receipt to pick up my three items went to the window next door to get my three items hand over the receipt to the cook closest to the window he reaches for a large pizza, gives it to me and i took it and opened it making sure is was what I ordered it was and I stood there for like two more minutes because he only handed me the pizza until I said to him where is the rest of my order he looked confused looked at the receipt and that is when he realized there were two more items already paid for he had not handed to me he said sorry to me I just shook my head opened the boxes again to make sure it was my order not anyone else's while am doing this the older cook said something in spanish to the extend of GO F YOUR MOM, i could have made a big deal on the spot because not only am i of latin decent i am very fluent in spanish i may not be mexican like he is, but i understood work by word what he said and how he meant it, i figured posting my experience and letting the public know what to expect from not only servers but cooks too is enough, people in general should not hid or be protected by ignorance i am a paying customer and if management does not know how their employees are treating customers than shame on them too, they lost not only my business but anyone I know will not be giving them any business at all, i hope this helps business owners do a better job choosing who represents their businesses when they are not around, it is very...

She told us that we couldn’t dine in and eat our pizza it was no customes the tables we vacant she said let her ask if we can. Dine in I ask for the owner she said she was we started eating our pizza the young lady that was in training the new hire Hispanic employee she got upset because they gave us two sodas and the ice tasted like steel tapwater so we sent the sodas back. She started speaking in Spanish about me and my wife to another guest that was at another table and didn’t think that we understood what she was saying the manager came from know where off the street after I received my bill that was wrong. They charge me $43 for gigantic cheese pizza when I ordered a large pepperoni pizza half pizza as I was speaking to the new employee the manager, cut me off attaking me as I was speaking to the new employees the manger she was Hispanic didn't introduce her self, I didn’t know who she was. The manger got upset because I told her I'm dealing with the employee then the manager and the new employee started speaking again about my wife in Spanish said that we ordered a pizza and then order solders at that time. My wife replied to them what you don’t think I know so they looked very shocked because I guess they didn’t think my wife spoke Spanish this is very horrible unprofessional service. I am African-American. My wife is Latina will not patronize this business again. The owner wife was there she was Italian caucasian we explained what the Manger & new employee was talk about my wife and I in Spanish so when we told her what happened, she said she has to listen to both sides, the new employee she overcharged us because she wasn't fully trained right should have been just wipping off tables until she had the job down The business was horrible last night. Read moreOne of the worst dining experiences I've had in years! I reserved a table for (10) to celebrate a special event. I attempted to check in on arrival, and was rudely ignored for 10 minutes by the wait staff. It took an additional 20 minutes to be seated. Once seated, the waitress informed our table that it would be a 2 1/2 hour wait to get our order. Thinking it was a joke, I told her we wanted to place an order immediately for 8 pizzas, and 2 orders of buffalo wings. The waitress left without response or acknowledgement. I stopped another waitress to let her know we didn't get a chance to order any beverages. She made no reply and left the area. 10 minutes passed before we got our drink order in, and request water for the table. One hour and 12 minutes later, we received 1 pizza and 1 plate of wings. No napkins, no setups, no water. I contacted the manager to lodge a complaint, and canceled 3 of the pizzas, as the group had now begun to lose their appetite. It took 30 additional minutes to receive the remaining pizza order. When the bill came, I noted that we were overcharged. The correction required a line by line lengthy discourse. Here is where the situation gets distasteful. It needs to be said, that the owner, manager, and wait-staff were all White, and all the patrons at our table were Black.
