I wanted to give a personal shout out to Jennifer at the O’Reillys in Hayden. I came in not knowing anything about what I was looking for, not only was she cheerful, helpful and professional, but she made me feel welcome in a space that I am incredibly unfamiliar with. From the moment I walked in the door she made sure I had everything that I needed. I came in looking for windshield wiper blades and she walked me through the whole process, even stepping outside and teaching me how to install wiper blades From start to finish. I appreciate her attentiveness and her impeccable customer service. As a local business owner I would be thrilled to have a staff member treating my customers as well as as she does. I went to this O'Reilly's after picking up some groceries today. The driver's side tail light in my Ford Fusion was out, so I was looking to purchase a new bulb and get it replaced. I walked in, and not a single staff member or patron was wearing a mask, and when I asked for the tail light and for it to be replaced, I was told that they would be more than happy to sell me the bulb, but they would be unable to put the nee bulb in because it would be too "time consuming". I left, went to another auto part store where they sold me the bulb and replaced it. I was in and out of the other store in about 10 minutes. So clearly not that time...

Had an issue with some battery terminals- Justice took his time, had complete patience, and made sure we had what we needed. Long story short, there was another aspect of our project that we needed to address so we went back to the store and Justice helped us again, walking us through what we needed to do.
