I want to start with the staff first. The majority were absolutely amazing! And they really made the rides and experience fun but then you would get some kid who seemed to hate the world and it would become almost uncomfortable and unwelcoming. I also wish they had some sort of system where they could measure the child when you first pay and have a wristband for them saying they are this tall or something. I am 100% ok with them measuring my child anytime she gets on a ride but the inconsistency on them measuring was pretty bad. My family went down to ride the bumper cars for a second time and my youngest was standing funny so the swinging arm was just barely touching the top of her head when the time before it was hitting her head. So the worker was being pretty rude when I was trying to help my youngest stand straight. I’m not going to mess with safety but I know she is over 44” and when I helped her and she finally stood straight it did hit her head but the lady working still almost didn’t let her on. Now the water park. If we could have just stayed in the ride area I would have but my kids really wanted to swim. It was overall okay. It did seem a little dirty but that wasn’t the worst part. The worst part are the lifeguards. There were definitely a couple of them that seemed to enjoy what they were doing and were pretty nice but the majority of them either didn’t care or were very rude. They seemed to be more concerned for the people sitting on the chairs not swimming than the kids in the water. My 80 year old grandma just wanted to sit and watch her grandkids play in the pool and talk to them but for some reason the only place they can go is in the 2nd level area where you can’t see anything. You can pay $30 to just sit in a chair and not even swim which is ridiculous. I get if it was busy but with no one there I don’t see why they can’t let people come watch for a bit. The lifeguards at the top of the slide need retraining bad. Again I’m ok with them measuring my youngest to make sure she is tall enough but when they don’t care to look when we come up and then decide to measure her after both her and I sit on the tube it kind sucks. But I had multiple lifeguards at the top just sit in one spot saying go. Go. Go. When it is nice if they can help hold the tube or interact in some way other then sitting with a crap look on their face in the corner. One of the lifeguards also treated my sister like she was a liar or something. My oldest was going down the yellow slide for his first time and one of them said it was ok to go up to the end and watch for him. While waiting there one lifeguard came up to my sister, who is 22, and accused her of climbing on the rocks. When my sister said no it wasn’t her the lifeguard kept pushing it and saying are you sure, are you sure. It was just very weird. The last thing I want to bring up is the closing times. Why does the sub zero ice cream and concessions close so early when there is events or a lot of people still there. We wanted to get ice cream and seen earlier on the sign that they close at 9. We got there at 8:34 and were told by the girl working that they close at 8:30 and she would not serve us. We mentioned we seen it closed at 9 and she just argued with us so we walked away. Her boyfriend or something was there so she just wanted to talk to him instead of serve people ice cream. We went the next morning where we seen the sign that had the hours and it said til 9 Monday-Thursday so I’m confused on why she closed so early. Overall we had a blast though and we made it as much fun as we could. I would definitely recommend going but just be prepared for some crabby staff and some...
Read moreI am writing in regards to our stay on 11/27/21-11/28/21. We have been going to this indoor water park for over five years and loved it each time more and more. Unfortunately this last visit was very unpleasant and unwelcoming. Some issues that accrued more then once during our stay. It all started as we stepped foot into the water park. My husband and son walked in front of me as we were entering the water park they were stopped immediately asked for wrist bands which I understood and showed them to the lifeguard because I was pulling them apart as they were all attached together. The lifeguard moved aside and let us pass. Right behind us was another mother and family that did not have wrist bands and they were not stopped?! The dad of that same family walked in about five minutes later with wrist bands in hand but they were never asked for wrist bands to be shown. I disregarded this indecent as a misunderstanding. Later that day my family of five entered the hot tub and immediately seconds after sitting down the same life guard came and asked for our younger daughters age and if they had wrist bands. I said 3 years old and wrist bands were on there personal life vest because they keep slipping off there wrist. So I showed them to the lifeguard. As the lifeguard was talking with us two other family with smaller children entered the hot tub and they were never asked to show wrist bands. The lifeguard walked away and did not ask the two other families to show wristbands. The two families asked us what was the lifeguard asking? So I told them the age of my daughters and if they have wrist bands?! Both families responded well our child is 2 and we don't have wrist bands. At this point I felt as my family was being targeted and racially profiled. We are a Hispanic family and all the other families with similar families were all Caucasian. Later that day we were in the wave pool and the same family with a two year old was never questioned or asked. The mom of that same family came and apologized because she herself did wittiness all of our encounters with this same lifeguard. We have been coming here for years and never had this happen. As that day went on we found 3 other family with the same families and children ages as mine but were never approached or asked. which was very unfair. Every where else we were Arcade,Bowling,Ropes,Cafeteria everyone was very welcoming and kind with no issue. The next morning we decided to go back into the water park and give it another try. This time we all had our wrist bands on before entering the water park. We were all swimming enjoying our time there was a different life guard on duty and never asked us once to show our wristbands. Along with two of the same families from the day before. About 20 minutes in we were all in the wave pool when the same lifeguard from the day before showed up and again immediately asked for our wrist bands. We showed her all of bands. The other families were never asked to show wrist bands. The same mom from the day before approached me and asked did she ask about your wrist bands again, I replied YES! This family still had the same wrist bands from the day before and never asked once. We all had our new Blue wristbands on and were still asked. Triple Play these issues need to be addressed. We have been coming here for years and never has this happened before. One person made our whole experience miserable and ruined our...

If you are planning a trip to this establishment I definitely DO NOT recommend going or staying! Even if you go to play DO NOT stay in the hotel, this will save you a lot of money and back pain. Just for clarification I paid $650 (not including food, drinks, arcade play, etc.) for a supposedly upgraded room with 5 two day passes for all the attractions. Here’s a breakdown of why we recommend spending your money elsewhere.
We had looked at the listed times of the water park and indoor attractions and planned for such. Upon check in the person running the counter overheard us talking about when everything closed and then informed us that there was a sponsored adult party that night so everything would be closing an hour early. This adult party was not listed on the website so we had no idea this would be an issue with our trip. The bowling alley was impossible to get into due to some kind of tournament being held there so our “everything” passes didn’t really help us in that aspect. Most bowling alleys will post if there is a tournament running. The staff in the whole facility was rather rude and seemingly unimpressed if asked anything and gave wrong answers to things which we found out later. We were using the hide-a-bed in our room which we asked the desk about bedding for. They said all bedding was in the room. We found out that night while making the bed that we were missing a blanket which we needed because the room was freezing. Asked the front desk for a blanket which they said would be delivered. An hour later we asked the desk again which we were informed they took the blanket to the wrong room and where now out of blankets so they would try to find us something. More then two hours after asking for a blanket we finally received one. The two queen beds in our room was extremely outdated and uncomfortable. All of us using these beds woke up sore and stiff the next day. Friends that showed up to play with us ended up paying less for their passes between the two days then we paid for ours even with the “discount” received for booking the special room package with the hotel. Let’s add disgusting not cleaned room! We found grapes vines, NyQuil bottle cap, garbage, etc. under things. 🤢
In short save yourself a lot of headache. The amount I paid for 1 night was within a minimal amount of what I just paid for a 3 night stay in Las Vegas plus airfare for the same amount of people and my kid had a lot more fun there. The astronomical amount I was charged for poor service, outdated rooms, and overcharged discounts was extremely...
