The customer service is great. As a woman with a smart phone I feel like I can figure out what I need because of smart phones but I am also glad when the gentlemen are there to anticipate my needs. I feel empowered when I walk in knowing the part I need and they let me be but Google doesnt always give me the right information so the guys there are always glad to help me and they don't gloat if I missed something. I have no idea what I'm doing in there but I like to pretend and they let me and I think that that's kind they also don't rub it in my face when I get it wrong so that's what I mean by gloat and with that being said they're always making sure that I walk out of there with the complete items that I need in order to say change out my battery they'll give me those little grease packets so that I can put it on the terminals which I never knew about before so I think it's I think they're glad to see women taking charge of their own automotive needs but they're also glad to help anytime they can and I think that's how she's society should be anyways you know always help each other out and not to make this as sexist review but it's a male dominant industry and male dominant subject matter so I definitely don't know as much as they do but I like to pretend like I do and they let me Plus they are chivalrous when I need assistance carrying out a big old heavy battery and I appreciate that a lot and this is so far what I've noticed at this Riley's in Healdsburg and also at another automotive store in Santa Rosa which I will save that review for them and not mention them here but thank you gentlemen for helping me out even though I seem like I know what I'm doing it's just a facade. Brandon was helping me and with his diligence and flexibility in trying other means outside the normal in store look up systems, he used other systems and internet searches to find the information. He tracked down the parts, and between us we now know what to get to fix this one problem.
