Waterbeds 'n' Stuff — Local services in Heath

I cannot say enough about this place…three years ago when my kids unexpectedly came to live with me full time I was in desperate need of a bed. The problem was it was for a rather stout 14 year old and I was rather tight on funds. Somehow I ended up in waterbeds in stuff in Newark. After some negotiations I ended leaving with a full sized bed, bed frame, mattress and box springs all for under $300. fast forward three years and it was time that all three of my kids needed a new bed. ( the now 17 year old had taken his to his dads and now needed one for my house again). But they all wanted different things. So again I found myself at waterbeds n stuff to see what they had. Sarah was my second point of contact when I walked in, as I was told she was the “woman for the job”! I explained to her that I have now three teens. Two sons, 17 & 15 and a daughter who is 15, who all need a bed and have very different opinions on what that said “bed” should be. After three hours of continuous calls to who I only knew of as MARK on the other end of the line who always graciously picked up and answered our questions. We had found the kids beds. A full size double sided pillow top mattress with bed frame for my daughter, a 15” thick grey suede futon for my 15 year of son, and a twin xl adjustable bed with special order mattress for my 17 year old! I was warned because of the twin xl special order it may take up to 6 weeks to come in so I didn’t have much hopes for it coming on delivery day.. this was on Wednesday. I set delivery for the following Friday due to a hectic schedule on my part, they could have had it out to me the next day!!! Due to a family emergency I had to reset the delivery date out 1 week to the next Friday. The Tuesday before delivery now 13 days after I was at the store I get a call from none other then Sarah, stating my special order mattress is in and will be on the truck Friday!!! I could not be more happy or impressed with this company! And Sarah deserves a raise. She truly enjoys what she does and tries her hardest to do the very best for a total “stranger with a story”! All in all I got everything said and done for under $1700! This day an age that is a steal considering the adjustable base alone was retailing for 1300 elsewhere! If your looking for gold don’t come here!!! But if your looking for real prices for really decent stuff that’s going to last your kids or yourself a while, and looks pretty darn good in the process and it’s not going to break the bank!! Went to return an item.. middle age grumpy lady said they don't do cash returns...witch I said ok then she began to question me about why I was returning the item...I told her I found something else online so she begins questioning that aswell..she then claimed my item wasn't in tact..she said there is a separate piece I needed to return in..she first said it wasn't in the box and I told her I never received a separate part and she then claimed it was in the box with the charger yet in the box there is only room for a charger lol then she claimed she couldn't find keys to "give me a credit".. she was completely...

Store credit only. Are you serious? I Had the receipt and had only been 2 days. It was a black light with the fluorescent purple tube is what the box shows. Instead it's a clear tube with a junk LED strip in it. I specifically told them I didn't want LED so the item in the boxes are clearly marked wrong. I specifically said i didn't want LED's and still kept trying to give me exactly what i said i didn't want.
