So the food is good but the service is horrible. I asked the cashier if I could get a large california with lettuce and ranch on half and just ranch on the other half, she just shook her head no and said nothing. So I tell her do ranch and lettuce on all of it then. They gave me the sandwich with half lettuce and ranch and the other half with lettuce ranch pickle and tomato which is not what I ordered and she lied and told me they couldn't do seperate toppings. Every worker there barely speaks english and doesn't understand the language either. I tried to make casual conversation while waiting and every worker there just ignored me and walked away. The sampler clearly did not understand english at all when I asked her a question about when they were allowed to start sampling again all she said was "california" and turned her back to me. I've worked for this company twice in the last 15 years and each time I quit due to management. A manager actually tried to steal my identity in 2010. After being blown off and lied to I wont be back again. The north versailles location is miles ahead of this one. Angel if u see this whats up man go get greensburg back...

I stopped by Charleys Cheesesteaks today with a surprise from the past, a coupon from the Charley’s Grilled Subs era that didn’t have an expiration date. Truthfully, I had no idea they had gone through a rebranding. I always thought it was the same Charley’s that had been at Westmoreland Mall for years and apparently, it is, just with a fresh name.
At first, there was some hesitation from the staff, which I completely understood. It was an old coupon, and they weren’t sure if it was still valid. But they took the time to call the manager, and in the end, they honored it. I ended up just paying for fries, and they covered the drink.
I really appreciated the kindness and willingness to go the extra step. It’s rare to see that kind of customer service anymore. I’m glad I didn’t just toss the coupon and glad I didn’t make a long drive only to be turned away. The whole thing brought back a little bit of nostalgia, and I thought that was worth sharing.

They said they were waiting on fries. I said, okay and waited. After 20 minutes I asked if the fryer was broken. I got served my food 25 minutes after ordering only to find out they rung me up for the wrong order. Instead of a Bacon 3 Cheese sub and cheese fries, they rung me up for bacon cheese fries and cheese fries. After wasting nearly 30 minutes of my time, I asked for my money back and went to Chick-fil-a where I was in and out in 5 minutes with my correct order. Never going back.
