Wow!! this place had gone downhill. We reserved two lanes with a group at 9 on a Friday night. As soon as we walked in and went to the counter, the man working was very rude. As we were telling him our size shoes he was grunting and talking under his breath. We felt very unwelcomed. Both of our lanes gave us trouble. We had to ask for assistance over 7 times to get the pins to reset and the man was a complete jerk about it. He acts like it was our fault that the gate kept getting stuck. To make things worse at 9 p.m. they announced they would be closing the snack bar and the alley would be closing at 9:30 p.m. What kind of bowling alley kicks people out on a Friday night at 9:30 p.m.??? No wonder half of the lanes were opened when we arrived. I regret spending a dime at this place. We are weekly Friday night bowlers and we are going back to Main Bowling next week. If you are looking to have fun night of bowling, this is NOT the place!! ...

Horrible time, the gentleman working was rude. We came in to bowl today, they put us on lane 26. I guess this was the worst lane they had. Guy didn’t tell us till we came up to pay at the end of one horrible game. Made it seem that it was my fault I didn’t request a different lane when I scheduled my reservation. I didn’t know your bowling alley was so old it couldn’t even handle one game with two people. Worst first experience ever. We will never go back. Very upsetting that if you aren’t a regular here it seems like you are not welcomed! If you don’t go every weekend and know the “good lanes” then don’t go here. A waste of time and money and a day ruined by some rude gentlemen behind the counter. Thank you! But no thank you. I’m 100% sure another bowling alley in Greensburg will be much happier to...

Terrible management, staff was incredibly rude. Pins would not reset after every throw and the staff proceeded to blame us saying it was us throwing the ball wrong, the lanes are extremely oily. Pins would reset and knock over multiple pins before we even threw the ball. We asked for help and he instead just fixed the score but not the issue at hand.I’ve been bowling for a while and have been to plenty of bowling alleys and this one was the worst of them all. I would never recommend this place, they also lie about their hours, I’ve came in three hours before closing and been told they’re closed or closing as multiple people are just starting or only half way through...
