Subway — Restaurant in Greensburg

I prefer this location due to it's general proximity to my work and not to mention it is alot cleaner than it has been in the past. I don't complain the food is decent. So I usually don't pay attention to what is going on with the employees there. I did notice on my visit today there was 2 male employees working at the time. One sitting at one of the tables eating and the other was tending to making the sandwiches for the customers. The store started to get busy the man behind the counter impressed me he didn't seem to miss a beat with the orders. While the other coworker continued eating his sandwich and chatting up customers not really seeming to concerned about helping his coworker make the orders for the customers . Some customers seemed disgusted and one customer chose to walk out before the other male employee had finished eating . During this time another female came in an employee I'm guessing because the same male that was eating started to yell at her that she needed to clock in and she had told him that she was not allowed to clock in early for her shift. The initial interaction between the two was borderline unprofessional but I could tell though just from how the coworker talked that he had some sort of mental handicap or deficiency. So the possibility that he didn't understand that he's actions where not appropriate or professional could be understood but what happened next after the female employee clocked in was unexcusable both employees where arguing in the dining area in front of customers about calling someone named Tina to basically tattle tell on the other to what I'm guessing was there boss. I felt bad for the other male employee who was making the customers orders. While the other two where being unprofessional and not working. I'm just amazed he didn't lose his composure and walk out. Very dirty from the tables to the floors to the counter. I went and got a drink and it was covered in old sticky pop that has NOT BEEN CLEANEDIN A LONG TIME. These veggies were wilted, brown lettuce and nasty. And it was one of the grossest places I've been to in a minute just please realize that it's not the subway franchise I am so used to. Im never going back here. My son was starved for a sub but after looking at the food he settled for a meatball sub with Nothing on it. Just white bread. Now, that's perfect for some but not an Italian family that makes better sauce n meatballs at home. I really didn't want to make a scene because the girl working was in a bad/ sad mood so maybe that's y.i tipped her for making the effort to put the meatballs on the bread n talked sorta but I know how ur is being depended on tips for ur gas money and stuff then get No customers, so I always tip (how much is different but I thought 2 dollars was alright. Buffalo chicken wrap had very little Buffalo sauce in it, barely any lettuce, the wrap had very little content to it that it had more wrap than filling, some of the chicken tasted as if it had been barely defrosted and has made me feel nauseated since I ate it. Forgot the cheese on an Italian sub and the meatball sub had barely any marinara sauce and only 5 small meatballs. Service was incredibly poor, staff was rude and took an incredibly long time to make the sandwiches. The one woman claimed to be in the back taking a phone call for 10 minutes when no phone was heard ringing. This is not the first instance of poor service that we have had. The past few times we went, we have had poor service and were plagued by stomach issues within a few hours of eating there.
