Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Greensburg

So final update for this Papa John's: now goes to a call center in India or whatever🙄 they only have the epic stuffed crust available in large size still don't understand why that is. And they always push you for a tip. I'm a door dasher and I don't ever do that to people. Tipping culture is out of control. I'll tip if the service is good but not when every time I call they pressure me to do so. It's ashame because 15 years ago Papa John's was amazing but now not so much. Waited so long for Thier epic comeback. Fail oh and Thier wings are a joke here's two photos. First one being what they look like online, and the other being what they look like in reality 😂 And now I saw no gloves being worn as he touched everything from the toppings to surfaces of the counter. He even dropped the dough roller at one point on the floor and picked it right back up and still used it. Oh and those bottles you see beside him, that's where the cheese gets squirted out of onto the pizza. Mystery solved now as to why the pizza never tastes too good. I ordered a pizza for my son with pepperoni and an order of garlic knots. I dropped off the pizza because he had worked a 16 hr shift. The pizza had no pepperoni I immediately called and the girl Said well it should have had it. I told her I would bring it right back and she said no and then said well I guess you wouldn't call and lie about it. I then told her that I would take a picture of it. And she said well I guess that would prove it. I took the picture went back and showed her the picture and she was making me a pepperoni pizza. I went back to get it and she said do you want to check it. I said no I'm sure it's fine they had put a quality seal on it. She then very smartly said well you got a free cheese pizza. Well I took the pizza to my son and his wife and because he didn't want to upset me the same day. He told me today the pepperoni was on one side and the crust was like raw dough they threw it in the trash. I spent 32.00 on this pizza and rolls and will never go to this shop again in Greensburg Pa. I will also email corporate about this. If I could give zero stars I would! This is such a horrible place! I’ve ordered from here twice and the service is awful! This time I ordered and it was delivery. The delivery driver was extremely rude and left my food at the bottom of the steps in my cul-de-sac in the rain all because he couldn’t find my home! When he called my phone he treated me with the worst customer service experience using profanity and calling me out my name! The food was horrendous and I ended up having to cook myself and my children dinner. I ordered over $60 worth of food and I’m unpleased! The first experience I went into the store and waiting for someone to come to the register who wasn’t professional what so ever and I asked for a manager and found out it was him! The food the first time was disgusting but I was hoping that it would be better customer service due to the fact I waited 3 months and was so excited to get to eat from papa John’s that used to be my favorite restaurant.
