I am a longtime customer especially at the copy center. I have spent over $3000 this year alone. On Monday I went to the print center with several documents that.needed cooied.ans some were in color and many needed stapled. My.objectuve was to go over with what needed done with the attendant and pick them back up in a few says. There was one employee working behind the counter, an.older.gentlemen who has waited on me several times in.the past. I asked him some sticky notes and a pen so I could write down instructions on each sticky note for each of the documents that I needed printed. He handed me.only one sticky note and a pen and asked me not to take his pen. I told him.i needed.several sticky notes so he eventually gave me the sticker note packet. I proceeded to write down the instructions for each of the documents with regards to quantities, stapling and color like i have done for years there. When i was done the older gentleman asked me iif i had wver.been thete before lol And if I had these on a computer. You would think after he saw the stack of documents he knew I didn't have access to my files online. Then without any comments from me except me telling him NO to his question he hysterically said "I have 5.jobs ahead of you." We never even doscussed.how.soon i needed these completed. I was not in a rush! Then he threw down a tablet in front of me and wanted me to write down all of the instructions that I already documented on a sticky note for each document. At that point my frustration level started to peak. Then he said I'm leaving.for the day and handed me off to a woman who i have never worked with before and didn't ask me any questions about the project and tossed down another tablet. Absolutely no customer appreciation here at all. The woman with dark hair and two other gentleman that have waited on me and are excellent weren't there at the copy dept that day or I would of been taken care of like they usually do. I left with my documents very frustrated and shouted out that I will not be back ever again. I drove a half mile down the road to FedEx Office, handed them the documents with the sticky notes. They took my name and phone number and told me they would be ready the next day and give me a call. That's the type of service I expected at OfficeMax especislly being a longtime loyal customer. I felt I needed to share my horrible customer experience with Dixie the manager. I called a few hours after I left their store and left a message for herbto call me. It's been about a day and a half with no call back. They must not value business from a repeat customer. With all the businesses you see going under these days you would think Dixie would of reached back.out to me. I've owned several successful businesses over the last 40 years and i guarantee if I had employees treat any customer the way I was treated yesterday they would be terminatedi immediately. I will be using.FedEx in Greensburg for all of my.coppying needs and.be purchasing office supplies online or at walmart in the future. Bad management and disgraceful employees at the copy center at Greensburg OfficeMax. Stay away!!!!!!! Read morePurchased three faulty ink cartridges in a row from this store. Clearly a problem with whatever batch they had in the store as one of the other workers told me that they had several of the same returned by other customers. When speaking with manager, she insisted it was my printer. I explained I purchased ink from another store the night before and it was working fine. Unfortunately the second cartridge was accidentally thrown away by my daughter so I did not have it physically to return. But when I presented her the receipt, and the third cartridge and explained the situation, she still reused to refund me for the cost of $81.99.
Her attitude was not one I would expect of a manager. I guess I can get over the fact that I didn’t have the actual cartridge for the second one so she couldn’t return it.
