Iāve been shopping at this Aldi for about two years now because it is less than 5 minutes from my house. The staff have never really been friendly, however today is the final straw. I placed a curbside order online this morning and when I went to the store, I attempted to check in but the internet screen kept saying āerrorā and ācannot complete request at this time.ā I walked into the store and said excuse me to a staff member, who proceeded to walk right past me without saying anything. I walked about behind her and said excuse me again, and she turned around and said āwhat do you wantā in a very rude and condescending tone. I explained that I came for a curbside order and that I couldnāt check in. She led me to a refrigerated area with another staff member who asked for my name. I told her my name and she said āIām literally working on your order right nowā in a very rude tone and shot me a nasty look. She attempted to take my bags to my car but Iām already in the store for what should have been a curbside order so why bother. I grabbed my bags and left. I will never go into or order online from this Aldi again. I guess I will be driving across town and out of my way from now on since their staff donāt have common courtesy...

I love the products and prices but every time I shop here, I do not end up having a good experience.The last time I was here, after paying, I had an entire cart with boxes that I needed to wheel to the counter.The cashier wanted me to leave the cart with her for the next customer.I needed to unload the food so I could box it up, I was going to bring the cart right back.The cashier had the angriest expression on her face and she was very rude! Also, approximately a year ago, I had $70 dollars worth of gift cards that the cashier took right away and never applied them to my bill, so essentially they got stolen.I went back to let the manager know,she said they would get mailed to me and I never received them. Basically, every time, I do my shopping here, I have a bad experience, and it has to do with the cashiers. Honestly, I would rather pay more money elsewhere than have to endure bad experiences at this location! I have worked my entire life, with all my jobs, catering to customer service, and I would never think of being this way...

Not the slightest bit friendly which I understand I worked retail you can't always be completely cheerful but at least you can smile. Then when he was putting our things into the other cart he put my Dawn Dish LIQUID in with my food UPSIDE DOWN! It leaked on some of my food, left a puddle under where the cart was while he was checking us out & another where we parked it while starting to put our stuff into bags. Then when I asked him for a sanitizing wipe because I had Dawn on my hand he told me he only had a few that I had to ask another cashier. I wanted to talk to the manager but my daughter asked to just let it go Mom. So I did. That & the fact I was exhausted & wanted to go home. I also heard him complaining his arm hurt from scanning all the groceries. He had only opened his register for the customer before us & was on the customer after us.
