This review focuses only on the selling experience of this store.

I've sold shoes to many resell stores in the past. Because of that, I've experienced the whole spectrum of issues/headaches that go along with selling to these kinds of stores. Issues like having to schedule an appointment ahead of time to sell, the store only offering credit, the store refusing to negotiate prices, the store only taking super hyped shoes....whatever you can think of, I've probably experienced it. Now I understand that resell stores do need to do these things to prevent them from overspending or oversaturating their inventory, essentially so that they can stay lucrative and in business. But when just about every resell store does these types of practices, it leads to a lot of frustrations, inconveniences, and annoyances on the sellers' end.

However, this was NOT the case when I sold shoes to this store. Initially, I was pessimistic that the store would even be willing to look over the shoes that I had. To my surprise, the owner was willing to look them all over, made me reasonable offers, allowed me to negotiate, and bought all 5 of them from me for a reasonable total amount. In and out just like that (Mind you, the 5 shoes that I had have only a small bit of demand/hype, it's not like they're highly sought after or resell for a crazy amount. I just wanted to get my money back on them).

The whole experience was so pleasant and refreshing that it has made me (i.e., someone who never writes reviews for anything) inspired to write a review for them.

I understand that this store and resell stores in general may not be able to positively cater to sellers as well as they did for me every single time, but I really hope that they continue to offer the awesome and greatly appreciated customer service that I received. 14 reviews and a small amount of 1 stars bringing this place down to 3.9 is heinous… i met the owner and a few coworkers/friends that were hanging out in the store and the vibes were nothing short of genuine and friendly. 1 star bc they didn’t have ur size is pathetic dude. People really need therapy lol. Ill be stopping back in soon with some exclusives and a few gems and weather or not i leave with my shoes or cash in hand, it doesn’t matter.
