Old Navy — Local services in Hempfield Township

Shopped here for the first time in the Miracle Mile shopping plaza . Very busy place that day (memorial day) . Staff not so friendly at all except gentleman who jumped in to help at registers, he was friendly wish I would if caught his name to give him kudos. Store was a bit of a mess but I'm sure that was from all the traffic. One thing that was absolutely horrible was the RR stunk very bad looks like they haven't been cleaned for a very long time, including the men's . only way I know that was I had to get supplies from there because there wasn't any in the women's. Come on management have the bathrooms scrubbed down whether it's you or not , it's not that hard . Throw on some gloves and CLEAN. Great thing at least I got some great clothes at a good price that actually fit the way they should. Will definitely shop there again but the one...

I went in Saturday because they were having a memorial day sale, 50 percent off all the shirts and swim wear. We walked in the lady said flip flops were a dollar so walked to the back to the flip flops only to find out you had to be a card holder to get the sale which the lady never mentioned. Sale signs everywhere 50 percent off , 6 dollar t-shirts, walked to the front with 14 items . Price seemed high I got home only to find out only 4 items were 50 percent off. I pulled the rest of the items up on line and they were marked at 50 percent off. So called the manager and apparently in store graphic t-shirts are not 50 percent off but they are on line, the manager told me 2 bring them back up and she would price match them which was nice but totally...

The lady who works here with short dark brown hair, not tall nor short and I believe is the manager because she has worked here a long time. Made me feel so uncomfortable and unwelcome in this old navy. Completely rude and miserable couldn’t even smile at the register to me nor did she say a single word to me. I have dealt with her before and she has never been “friendly” but this time was completely inappropriate. I will drive 30 minutes the other way to a different old navy just to avoid an interaction with her. All the other lady’s working were great! And the deals were good as well.
