I brought my daughter for her first lobe piercing to celebrate her birthday. The employees were so kind and reassuring which helped her a lot! We had to go back a couple days later because we realized one of the piercings was crooked. I had no idea what the solution would be, but it was no big deal, super easy fix. I ended up also getting my ears pierced. A week or so later my daughter had pushed the backing onto her post too tightly which caused the piercing to be irritated and mildly infected, I called and they talked me through treatment options, but also said I could bring her back in for them to check her out. I did, and we were provided a solution that made me and my daughter feel better. Through all the visits every employee we interacted with was wonderful! Ashley was the main person we saw and she was always super kind, personable, knowledgeable, helpful, and simply lovely!! I went to the mall with a few close, friends and family looking for a nose ring that was gold because I wanted to experiment with gold pieces because I usually wear silver pieces. I was also browsing at the earrings at that time and they look so pretty. She help me pick out an entire set up for my ear in gold to match with my nose ring, which looked so beautiful. Not only did she help me with a payment plan she also explained the purities of the different golds and their strengths. My mother and I ended up leaving with a Cartilage piercing. and if you’re wondering, I felt no pain at all when she pierced me. Our 7-year old decided she wanted her ears pierced. She was nervous but excited! We definitely thought there was a strong possibility she wouldn’t go through with it…but the employees at Banter Piercing Pagoda were so good with her! They explained every step and it was very clear they had worked with children MANY times before! When I called ahead they encouraged me to bring my daughter when there were two employees so they could pierce both ears simultaneously. My daughter cried for a moment but was so proud of herself!
