The service was horrible! I was not greeted when I came in the store. When I came to pick up an item that I had ordered online I was told they had opened my package and put it on the floor to be sold. I was extremely upset to be told if I still wanted my items they could see if they had them in stock and that I could pay a higher price than what I had already been charged for the items. I was never called or emailed that my items came in the store and today they told me they have a 7-day hold policy. Their app told me it had shipped but not that it arrived. Not once did either associate apologize or even try to help me. I've been a loyal customer of this store since they opened in the mall. I have never been so upset with customer service. I will not go back to this store after this encounter, I won't be ordering from their online site either because of their poor...

Super disappointed about my trip in today. I have been shopping here since I moved to Vegas a year ago. And I love this store. However I’m not sure what is up with the store today. No one helped me into the inform rooms. I had to wait multiple times and eventually had to wait in line at the register to get someone. Despite this employees seemed to be chatting behind the register. The first time I tried something on the employee was nice. The second time I got Amanda. She took my item from me and said “I need to shake it” then un-instigated said “and only one person in the fitting rooms at a time”. I would have assumed she would have apologized for the long wait. Not sure why she had such a bad attitude today. If it’s policy to treat every customer like they are doing something wrong then I just won’t shop...

Almost everything has some sort of BOGO deal. Buy one get two free, buy two get one free, buy one get one free, etc. They've got a lot of star wars stuff, Disney, Rick and Morty, Harry Potter, etc. Pins, shirts (I think the majority of their shirts are just under $30), wallets, mugs, all sorts of things. The service was great, the employee there was very friendly. I found things to be a little pricey, but also I'm cheap, and it's the mall, and like I said, almost everything has some sort of buy one get one deal, so not a bad place to spend your money. Certainly better than Hot Topic...
