Starbucks — Restaurant in Henderson

I was very dissatisfied from customer service to product not to mention the condition of the restroom was not even gradable on a five-star scale it would have been on a verrassing -5 I have been to other Starbucks and never had any problems like I experienced here. For starters I ordered a large coffee with extra milk . now I don't know if it was an accident at first but there was enough milk put in there to make it not even lukewarm so I asked to have the coffee re made they dumped out half of a cup and just added hot coffee!! Unfortunately even though I looked past that ((MISTAKE)) and drink what I could of my cold cup of coffee. However not enjoying it I just decided to just pitch it in the trash not say anything about it and just go up and start all over upon getting to the register I order the same large with extra milk the employee says why so you can throw it away because it's not milky enough. I said don't worry about what I do with the product that I purchase I said worrying about making the product properly so I don't have to throw it away he didn't says I don't have to make you nothing and then continues to say it's not his fault I did not like the coffee the way it was made. That it was made to order maybe for the trashcan!!! needless to say after biting my tongue multiple times I ask to speak to a manager and of course the little punk says speaking implying that he is the manager needless to say I looked right at him and says it figures u would be the manager seeing how dirty the places and how disrespectful to staff are I would not have expected anything less that day.. definitely not a happy...

It's coffee, there's good and bad it all depends on the location and who's making the coffee. I've been to locations inside of Albertsons that went from being my main stop to being the last option as the one in my Albertsons has went south fast. So bottom line, they have good coffee that can be very hit and miss. If you find a good location stick with it. This particular visit to this location was great, the coffee and the customer service...
