The most infuriating interaction with Christian the manager.He Brought two filters up didn’t know which one it was even though I stated it’s that one on the computer. And we’d spoken to the mechanic. He Opened the boxes so it was confusing. I Had to ask him to go back and get another box off the shelf super Concerned that something had fallen out or he put the wrong filter in the wrong box. Rolled his eyes even tho he was confused, I was told by one employee that I would get one free oil filter and one free air filter with each container of oil not true.Super confusing. I was over wrung on the computer around four and five times. He still ended up overcharging me so that I had to go back the next day and fix the mistake. I don’t recommend this place. I actually thought the interaction was so absurd I asked if I Was on candid camera at one point. Fast talker, condescending rude. I wonder how many people are smoothly overcharged and they don’t notice …. What should’ve been a five minute walk in turned into a 25 min ordeal and math lesson. I bought one And the oil filter...

Wide selection of parts and supply. Was helped by a young lady who was friendly and was able to point me to the product I was looking for and later went to lengths to ensure I had a fast and easy checkout.

The Male employees were less than helpful, I wasn't positive of the name of a part on the car engine that need a gasket for (After going to another Auto Parts Store I found out its called a EGR Block-Off Plate, that I needed the gasket for). I ask the employees if one of them could walk out to the parking lot (a total of 20 feet) to help me Identify it. All four of the male employees just looked at each other and then went back to what they were doing. Clearly I had AutoZone mixed up with another Auto Part Store than goes the extra mile (or in this case 20 feet) to ensure a good experience when shopping.

In my honest opinion all four should be fired (or demoted) and put the younger female in charge to better improve their customer experience.

I had to come to autozone tonight around 830pm because I was having issues with either my battery or alternator. Dee was the person I spoke to over the phone to make sure they did checks on batteries ect. She offered excellent customer service over the phone. When I arrived to get everything checked over she was already outside helping another customer with the same issues! She was an amazing help very knowledgeable and she taught me some new stuff!!! She diagnosed my issue very fast but also took time to explain everything to me even on how to fix it!!! Also Alex came outside to give a helping hand and was amazing friendly and very knowledgeable as well!!!! I am not from the area (travel nurse) and they have seriously saved me tonight I am so grateful for those two angels that work for autozone!!! You guys have two great assets in this company!!
