Fantastic and welcoming center. This was our first time in Hendersonville. My husband asked questions about the town. I mostly wanted to know about the shopping. I took pics of the brochures at the center that may be helpful to travelers. They have everything you need to explore the area. Stop by and see what you can do in and nearby the town of Hendersonville. Enjoy!

My wife and I rode our tandem on the Ecusta Trail Sunday. The surface, signage, and usefulness of this former rail line is exceptional. We didn't see a single cart selling, coffee, ice cream, or anything else. Are vendors allowed on the trail Sunday? We will be back, keep us posted with announcements as its functionality continues to meet the needs.

Such a great first stop in town! This visitor’s center really sets the tone for the city - friendly, clean, and so welcoming. There’s tons of info about things to do, and the staff are super helpful and easy to find. The bathrooms are big and spotless too! Every town should be so lucky to have a place like this.

Unfornately a rude older man employee ruined our experience. I turned away for 45 seconds and my 3 year old was playing with a toy. He made a rude comment, took the toy away and pretty much did an eye roll look at me. Not welcoming at all. And rude. A man that has no patience with children and how to treat visitors.

Lovely older women at the desk however.

The place is nice and full of brochures but didn't get a chance to get any as we left after feeling not welcome in the welcome center.

What a shame that employees can ruin...
