Visit Hendersonville — Attraction in Hendersonville

Unfornately a rude older man employee ruined our experience. I turned away for 45 seconds and my 3 year old was playing with a toy. He made a rude comment, took the toy away and pretty much did an eye roll look at me. Not welcoming at all. And rude. A man that has no patience with children and how to treat visitors.

Lovely older women at the desk however.

The place is nice and full of brochures but didn't get a chance to get any as we left after feeling not welcome in the welcome center.

What a shame that employees can ruin...

Fantastic and welcoming center. This was our first time in Hendersonville. My husband asked questions about the town. I mostly wanted to know about the shopping. My wife and I rode our tandem on the Ecusta Trail Sunday. The surface, signage, and usefulness of this former rail line is exceptional. We didn't see a single cart selling, coffee, ice cream, or anything else. Are vendors allowed on the trail Sunday?
